How to buy airtime and data

You can top up any supported Nigerian network from your wallet balance. The whole process takes less than a minute once your wallet is funded.

Buying airtime

1. Log in to your account and make sure your wallet has enough balance.
2. Open the Airtime tab on the home screen.
3. Select the network of the phone you are topping up.
4. Type the phone number carefully and enter the amount.
5. Confirm the purchase. You may be asked to enter your transaction PIN.
6. When it is done, you will see a success message and a receipt in your transaction history.

Buying mobile data

1. Open the Data tab.
2. Choose the network and the data plan (size and validity) that suits you.
3. Enter the phone number and confirm.

Plans and prices depend on the network and can change, so always check the amount shown in the app before you confirm.

Tips to avoid mistakes

• Double-check the number. Airtime and data sent to the wrong number cannot be taken back.
• Choose the correct network. A number that was ported to another network needs the new network selected.
• If a purchase fails, the amount is returned to your wallet. If you still have a problem, contact customer care with the date, amount and phone number.
